At the moment, we don't currently have a formal rule on how to handle unsigned players who are passed over in their first draft, but may still be draft eligible. Thus, we have 3 proposals for this one to formally implement how to handle the situation:
1) You can only sign free agents that are under 20, if they have been drafted IRL. 2) Players under 20 can only be acquired through the draft, no free agency signings whatsoever. 3) Any player that is undrafted in the H2O league can be signed through free agency (obviously they have passed their first draft year IRL)

I like this rule, thickens the prospect pool for the draft and makes for some more choices and decisions to make come draft time!

Sure. All for adding value to picks and limiting the signing of every possible prospect and hoarding them.
