195pts/205gp = .95fppg average
His numbers are really consistent all 3 years and virtually identical the last 2 seasons giving a solid baseline for expected performance of about 1fppg.

Hes shown some upward trend from 1-3, he's very young and although not technically in our re-sign rules, he put up 1.68 fp/g in their 19-20 finals run which to me shows he's capable of much more than his past year production.
To sum up I'm gonna say 0-1 based on length.
2 yrs Id accept 2.25 mil
3 and 4 yr deals both need raises accordingly

0-3. I disagree with Colin, I really think we should avoid putting any weight into that playoff run, let alone any playoff run. Plus, if it was true, he should've repeated it this season. I understand Chris' point that he's flat over 2 years, but his overall trendline over 3 years is upward. I'd prefer to see this at 4x3M to match Ekblad from last year, but admit VGK could have possibly shaved 250K off of that as well and still gotten it approved I'd approve: 2 x 2M 3 x 2.3-2.45M 4 x 2.75M-3M |
