This offer is about 50.000 too low;
N.N has produced 1.02 fpts per year, last year even 1.04 fpts / game. If 1.09 fpts / game = $4.000.000, 1.02 > 3.100.000

The valuation is too low. Should be around 3.5/yr before taking into account the elusive 'future value' contract inflator.

Depends on term. Probably needs 4m a year for more than a bridge deal since 3.5 is spot on to last year's number I think.
