19/20 - 1.53 - Tier 1 18/19 - 1.25 - Tier 2 17/18 - 1.36 - Tier 2 16/17 - 1.41 - Tier 2
This past season, Kadri had a season that hadn't been replicated in past years, and he played fewer games than in past years. Carolina will reward his hard work with an offer of:
5.7M @ 3 Years

That is fair.. I would peg him at about 5M for the two year bridge, so I thought I would add a bit on. Might not be enough of an add on though, so could see this way of thinking!

Denied 0-2.
I have his bridge at around 5.25-5.5M with the most recent season (and a new team) holding the most weight. Since it hasn't been repeated, would allow it to drop to the 1.4-1.49 range, but not to the bottom, hence the 5.25-5.5. Bridge rule was made for signings like this (new team+higher results). Would need 1M added to consider longer term and doubt value is there.
