Options:
Online draft
We pick a date and everyone is online for that night or sends a list to a trusted GM to draft for them. Teams will have a short amount of time betwen picks (2-5 minutes) and the draft is done very quickly. This is advantageous as teams do not have to wait to pick, disadvantage is there will likely be less movement between picks if a player gets taken and a team doesn't like anyone left on the board.
Slow Draft
We hold a slow draft and each team has anywhere from 10-14 hours available (max) between picks. They can pick at anytime, but allows more time for teams to potentially shop a pick.
Open to other suggestions as well, post below and I'll add them to the poll!
